Med Marijuana became a reality to Melanie Stephen, when the laws governing the production and distribution of this miraculous plant, changed in Canada, June 2001. Melanie had been aware for years, the wonderful properties, low THC cannabis oil had to offer. At last, a truly NATURAL remedy, was available to assist our global community, sufferring from a wide host of maladies.

The cannabis plant had for thousands of years until 1923, been a principal crop to be grown for the supply of materials for clothing, fuel, food, fibre and most importantly a medicinal remedy for hundreds of ailments.

When the laws regarding low THC cannabis was past in 1998 we began in earnest to develop our products.

Several years were spent selecting the best certified seeds, growing conditions and processing facilities to ensure our products would have the highest medicinal benefits.

We received our first shipment Fall of 2001. Med Marijuana is a Canadian owned and operated company, federally incorporated since November 2001.

We are not a multi level marketing company, our philosophy is based on a free market concept.
